A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 30 years, Kim has spent more than two decades contributing to work in food is medicine. She began her career at Project Open Hand in San Francisco and Alameda counties in California and currently serves as Nutrition Care Manager at Ceres Community Project in Sonoma California. She has dedicated her career to the food is medicine movement, holding multiple leadership positions with FIMC as the Co-chair for the FIMC clinical committee and currently serving as co-chair for the Medically Tailored Food and Nutrition Services Committee.
